Delete your TMobiling account

You can ask us to delete your TMobiling account and its personal data. This applies to the TMobiling Android app and this website.

What we delete

Your name, email, address, NIC number, uploaded NIC / Driving Licence photos, property listings and their photos, favourites, saved searches and saved cards.

What we keep

Wallet, payment, recharge and ledger records, linked to your account ID and mobile number, as required for financial, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.

How it works

Your account is deactivated and signed out as soon as you submit the request. We complete the deletion within 7 days. Please use or withdraw any wallet balance first; contact us if you need a refund.

To confirm it is your account, log in with your mobile number and the OTP we send you.

Cannot log in? Call or WhatsApp 077-9285460 from your registered mobile number and ask us to delete your account.
